HGTV Features Garden St. Lofts in Hoboken, NJ

I just wrapped filming for another episode of HGTV’s “Bang for Your Buck” with  über talented designer & host Vern Yip.   The network has revamped the already popular format to give viewers even more residential renovation riddles to solve. I’m thrilled because the three competing homes are all in my beautiful backyard, Manhattan! The renovation prices are kicked-up to $400K per renovation and unlike past seasons where the home owners were competing, this time it’s the professional designers who are judged. This particular episode is special in that the winner receives a check for $10,000.00 to donate to the charity of their choice!
